My Soles Have These Stories features artists who revisit, reenact, and reimagine their familial narratives. Stories half remembered, places left behind, and photos with no captions become powerful touchstones for work that is deeply personal and evocative.

So glad that the LCD SOUND SYSTEM documentary is on Netflix. If you haven't seen it yet, please do.  And I love this honest interview from James Murphy (the frontman) about "failing" and persevering creatively.  Especially inspiring as I'm turning 26 next year... a lot of things can happen. I was at their final concert at MSG and this doc does a fantastic job of capturing the energy and culmination of talent.  It wasn't the "funeral" of the band, as they labeled it, but more of a celebration of a fantastic career. And now he's onto the next project...
